All orders are shipped within 1 business day from the United States.
We know you want your new Sunset Boutique products ASAP, which is why we try our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of the initial purchase. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, and do not include holidays. If your order is placed after 2pm on a Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday, or the next business day. As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an email containing all of the necessary information to track your package, complete with a link and an estimated arrival date. Happy shopping!
Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 to anywhere in the US and Puerto Rico. On average, packages arrive in 5 business days or less.
Priority Shipping is a flat rate of $12.95 to anywhere in the US and Puerto Rico. Want your package in a pinch? This is the best way to guarantee arrival within 3 business days.
Free Standard Shipping is applied when an order total is over $35. This shipping method is our most popular, and ensures your items will arrive intact and on time.
Typically, all orders arrive within 5 business days or less. However, due to COVID-19 and other uncontrollable factors such as inclement weather, staffing restrictions, and other carrier-based delays, this estimate is subject to change. If you are looking for a guaranteed shipping option, please select Priority Shipping during checkout. This is a day-definite service that confirms the package will arrive in 3 days or less. We offer free shipping for all orders over $35 USD. If the shipping cost hasn’t been removed from your order, double-check that the subtotal of your order has reached the minimum ($35). If you’re using a discount code, your subtotal must be $35 or more after the discount has been applied. If you haven’t reached the minimum, throw an additional product onto your order and get that free shipping!
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with all of the necessary tracking information. Simply click the link provided, or enter your tracking number into the appropriate carriers' database. For our standard shipping method (3-5 days), UPS will generally hand off the package to USPS within the first 24-48 hours. Then USPS will take over and deliver the package to the correct address. For Priority shipping (2-3 days), USPS will carry the package from start to finish.
Return your order within 30 days of the ship date and receive a full refund (less shipping charges) or exchange for a product of equal value.*
Simply send us an email with your name, order number, and delivery address and let us know the reason for the return. Once the return is received and processed, we will submit a refund to the account that initiated the purchase.
If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, don't worry about returning the damaged item. Just contact us with your order information and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll send you a replacement for free!
As the customer, you are responsible for all shipping fees associated with your return. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number to guarantee delivery to our facility.

*All of our products include a Limited Lifetime Warranty which guarantees that upon receiving the product, it will be free of material and manufacturing defects.* This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase directly through sunsetboutique.com and applies to the items on the original order, not on replacement pieces. A warranty replacement can only be issued one time per item. However, the warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer or third party. Note that this warranty only protects against damage caused by normal wear/use. Lost or stolen items as well as damage caused by carelessness are not covered under this warranty. In the event that your chain or connecting hardware breaks, we will honor this warranty and repair or replace the item, once the original item is shipped back to us or we approve the replacement with another method. You are responsible for the cost of any postage to return the item to us, but not for the postage needed to reship the replacement item back to you. In the event that a damaged item is out of stock or not available, this warranty will be voided. If we are able to, items that are no longer available may be offered partial store credit or a similar replacement piece that is currently for sale on the site. Additionally, we will require a picture of the item in order to follow through with this policy.
